    CANCELLATIONS

    We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All appointments require a CC to book a service. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations on same day and no-show clients will be charged up to 100% of the requested service cost. Please consider that same day cancellations or no-shows take away from those we had to refuse. Call and leave a message or cancel/reschedule through your confirmation email.

    NEW CLIENTS

    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment allowing yourself enough time to for parking and paperwork. To provide optimal service, only one client and esthetician are allowed in the treatment room during the appointment. Clients under the age of 18 we invite a parent or guardian to be on site.

    PRIVACY

    We will not give or sell your information to a third party.  Client data is stored in a secured electronic database for your protection.

    RIGHT OF REFUSAL

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary.

  • PAYMENTS

    We accept Cash and all major Credit Cards with valid id. Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated.

    REFUNDS

    Due to the nature of our service, there are no refunds, or exchanges on services, prepaid series, packages, gift certificates, or purchased products at any time. Please see the owner if you are unsatisfied with any service received so that we may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

    PHOTOGRAPHY

    Many of our services are personal. We do not allow any filming or photography during the service or any additional guests in the room unless permitted by the service providers.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH SERVICE IS TIMED, IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE WE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR FULL APPOINTMENT BUT THIS IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE, AND YOUR SERVICE(S) MAY NEED TO BE MODIFIED AT YOUR ESTHETICIAN’S DISCRETION. WALK-INS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME, HOWEVER ANY RESERVED APPOINTMENTS WILL BE HONORED FIRST. 

  • ILLNESS

     Out of respect for our families and the families we offer services to we ask the following. 

    We kindly ask that you bring a mask and wear it during your appointment or reschedule if you are or have been exhibiting any symptoms.
